Two people known, no roles defined
vtap-pro and abhishekdave hold GitHub access today, both with write on every
repository. Roles turn that into something a successor can inherit.

Documents
Links out to where documents already live — never a second copy
Reflected, not stored
OneDrive holds the business documents and Google Drive holds the forms. This
view links into them. Storing copies here is what created two versions of
03_Customers.
